1.    Control Stress

2.    Calcium Carbonate 400 mg 2 times day

3.    DHEA 50 mg 2 times daily

4.    Zinc 15 MG daily

5.    Magnesium 200 mg 2 times daily

6.    Vitamin c 2000 mg 3 times daily

7.    Adenosyl/Hydroxy B-12 Liquid daily

8.    Vitamin B6 P5P form

9.    L-5 Methylfolate or L5 MTHF (these 3 highlighted might be available together in 1 product)

10.  Vitamin D with K (sublingual, Emulsi, Liposomal) 2000 IU daily MUST BE taken with Magnesium and a Omega

12.  Boost polyphenols such as cocoa, berries, black licorice, sweet cherries, pecans, almonds, green tea, red wine, and black beans

13.  Tea containing cistus

17.  Black seed oil

18.  Garlic

19.  Eating a Mediterranean diet and low in saturated fats

20.  Sesame Oil 1-2 drops on a qtip and rub around inside of each nostril 2 x day

21.  Probiotics 1 in am 1 in pm

22.  Enzymes 1 with 2 meals
