Walking Meditation


Let's get walking! Find a route to take a walk. Slow down, notice all the things on your path. What trees, plants, birds, buildings and people are along the way.  Do you notice the smells that surround you?  Do you hear the children playing or birds chirping?  Exchange a smile with a stranger. Do not allow racing thoughts or distractions interrupt your walk.  Stay present keep investigating.  Remind yourself to stay in the moment while walking.  Nothing is more important right now than you.  Self-care is so important.
