Staying healthy means doing things to stay above the sickness line. What does "Wellness" mean? How does one define wellness? Is it the absence of pain or illness? NO, in fact most are sick long before any physical symptoms arise.
Staying healthy might mean removing something from your life or adding in something. Examples are removing bad foods and substituting with good ones or even removing what we think are good foods but creates inflammation. It can mean supporting your foundational health with probiotics, enzymes and essential fatty acids.
