Loss of Taste and Smell:

 

Essential Oils

  • Clove

  • Rosemary

  • Eucalyptus

  • Rose

 

Sniff each scent for 10-15 seconds, twice daily, once in the morning and once in evening and take 30 seconds of rest between each scent.​

 

Herbs/Foods

  • Mint

  • Add lemons to water

  • Castor Oil packs

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

  • Fenugreek

  • Cayenne Pepper
