Genetics/Epigenetics
DNA is a simple was of saying deoxyribonucleic acid. This DNA comes from our biological mom and dad to make us. It is like a record of your family history. It is a very long and is usually found in the form of a double-stranded helix. Half comes from your mom and the other half from your dad. This is your genetics.

Epigenetics is the study of how the environment influences genetic expression. While we may have variations in our genetic code, our environment controls whether our genes are switched on or off, just like a light switch.
Nature (Genetics) verses nurture (Epigenetics)? These influences can have a result of turning on or off a genes expression.

Understanding each gene and what’s best for it requires more than that. YOU deserve more than that. Looking at what is best for you requires looking at all the other genes that can influence the others. Something that is good for one gene may not be good for another gene. Fixing the gene that is fifth in line and ignoring the first through fourth one may not beneficial, either. Understanding how the genes work together is important.
PLEASE, find a practitioner who understands the synergistic dance your unique genes perform, get explanations and understanding, and ask questions. Then make some small, steady changes over six to nine months, not all at once.
Remember, change takes time and sometimes the best progress is slow and steady.
