  6. Vitamin C 4000 mg 3 times daily

  7. Magnesium 800 mg 2 times daily

  8. Adenosyl/Hydroxy B-12 Liquid daily

  9. Vitamin B6 P5P form

  10. L-5 Methylfolate or L5 MTHF (these 3 highlighted might be available together in 1 product)

  11. Vitamin D with K (sublingual, Emulsi, Liposomal) 5000-6000 IU daily MUST BE taken with Magnesium and a Omega

  12. Omega/DHA Nordic naturals is a good option
